I applied online. I went through 4 rounds of interviews with a total of 12 people. This is a highly disorganized company. If you know part of the hiring committee is going to be out of the office, please have the common sense and the courtesy to schedule an interview at a different time. It is unreasonable to ask a prospective hire (someone who is employed) to attend 4 different interviews. This disrespectful attitude speaks volumes about the company.

I submitted an application on line. An appointment schedule was e-mail to me. I interviewed with the Sales Manager and VP of Admissions. Both were very professional. I felt very comfortable with both. I was asked to share my experience with previous online education company.
