The initial interview and follow-up were pleasant. The talent team is very friendly and want to know the real you. Make sure you come prepared with a number of specific examples about how you overcame adversity or your proudest accomplishment. Show them specifics. The final interview takes place at their headquarters in Chicago. They fly you there and put you in a hotel as well as pay for your travel expenses. The final interview in my opinion is unfair and unrealistic. You have to roleplay and pitch a product that you've never seen in person and you can't ask questions about. You only receive a catalog with it's information. The roleplay is with a Keyence interviewer who plays the customer. They ask such specific questions which could really only be answered with confidence if you saw the product in action. A real sales pitch would never be set up in that fashion and they judge you heavily based on that.
