Entrevista
Two step interview process. First interview is done asynchronously (?) recording your answers to posted questions. Once the recruiting team has extensively evaluated your camera quality, they'll call you with information to schedule on-site. You'll be flown out to a very nice hotel along with a 24 page product pamphlet for your mock sales meeting. The half day extravaganza kicks off with sales management introducing how easy it is if you're as cool as them to the crowd of 15-20 entry level sales candidates. After receiving awe-inspiring wisdom from the sought after voices of middle management millennials, a challenging 10-15 minute mock sales meeting follows. It truly is a great learning experience, but job candidacy really depends on whether the mock buyer likes you enough to say yes at the end of it (like any buyer, really). The middle of the day gifts a presentation from the COO (!) coming in with a half-practiced pitch about why Keyence is better than Salesforce (spoiler alert: They recognize more revenue per employee while paying them the same, leading to higher profit margins for key stakeholders, or R&D investment, whatever). Last interview of the day is a two person panel grilling you about a survey they had you fill out 5 minutes prior and really is unimportant unless your mock sale went well. You basically end up leaving confused on why they harp extensive training and internal promotion while testing your brass inspired by Glengarry Glen Ross. Just like any sales interview, you'll nail it if judged kindly, just in a very gloated fashion.

Entrevista
There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
