Entrevista
It was a pool campus drive, more than 350 students were invited to the venue, Amity University. Students from various colleges were present. The selection process was divided into 3 parts. First was Just a minute(one on one questionnaire in one min) and a GD. Those who qualified it moved for the other 2 rounds.

Intro in 1 min, first round was not an actual interview. After clearing the GD only candidates were called for the interview.
Questions related to convincing and sales, eg convince an online buyer to buy offline. Or a apple buyer to buy a samsung device. Second interview focuses on family dynamics. Relationship with family and it's background.

There were 2 f2f rounds after completing the online assessment tests(aptitude, psychometric). both rounds will be strictly evaluated by the professionals and punctuality is very important.
we have to be bold and confident in our answers.
1st f2f will be technical like different sales role play situations will be given we have to convince them accordingly
2nd f2f will the HR round with basic questions.

assignment was conducted that include some math , some data(pie charts and graphs ) analysis questions , English questions and 2 comprehension question , english was majorly rearranging the parts of a line.
