*AWAITING RESPONSE*
I applied online via Prospects in a simple process involving uploading your CV and a cover letter. I received a quick response by email informing me I had been offered a Hirevue interview for me to complete at my leisure. I had a few days at work before completing the interview, and spent plenty of time preparing beforehand. I found it helpful to have prepared some examples in bullet point form and have them beside the screen to read through during the preparation time.
The interview itself was 10 questions long, the first few being multiple choice questions such as "Are you able to work in the UK?" followed by 6 standard style interview questions. A short clip is shown before each question where someone reads it out before you are taken to a screen with the question written out, your video being shown in the bottom corner and a timer counting down from 30 seconds. You then have 3 minutes to answer each question, and can see the time you have left above your image. You are able to take a brief pause between each of the timed questions.
I received an email the following week inviting me to a face to face interview In London (The job is to be based in Manchester). Unfortunately I could only confirm the interview on the morning of the day at which point I was told there would be a mechanics test. The test lasted 40 minutes and had 30 multiple choice questions. The questions were not particularly advanced but it has been several years since I studied physics and as I had no preparation at all it was a bit tricky trying to dredge up old memories! I highly recommend preparing well for this to GCSE standard. Immediately after this I had the interview which lasted approximately an hour. I was interviewed by two senior people in the company, one who focused on looking at my CV in detail and the other asking standard interview questions and conducting a role play. My main advice is know your weaknesses and know how to sell them: they will focus on them and try and catch you out. In the role play you sell them something (mine was made up on the spot) so that they can see your sales style and if it will fit with the company. And of course as with any company make sure you do your research on them as some of the questions were clearly designed to see if you knew much about them. I was told I would be informed of their decision in a week. They seemed very friendly and professional.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
