sounds like great training program and lots of support but might be more restrictive/controlling than you might expect for an outside sales position - lots of cold calling expected - they admitted they have fairly high turnover during a strong economy - study up on Japanese business culture before interviewing with them as it might help you better understand them

Lots of steps that are probably designed to weed out the people who don't care enough. Video interview with no one on the other side, physics test that has to be passed, multiple other interview steps and an in person interview at headquarters.
