Applied via LinkedIn. Received an email from a recruiter with a link to take a technical assessment. Passed it, and had a phone interview with a different recruiter later that week. Was passed on to a webcam interview a few days later. Afterwards, I had to take a personality assessment online. Didn't hear back for a week, so I called to follow up and was informed that they were still planning on moving me to the next phase. Two days later, I was called and invited to go to Chicago to interview with the National Sales director and the Regional Sales director for the territory I'd be working in. The interview consisted of me giving a product demo, and a sales roleplay where I had to sell them a pen. The sales roleplay is where I blew it. I got bullied around on price, and ended up closing the deal for too little money. Also, I should have used the pen as an opportunity to try and sell them other office supplies. Seems like a great company to work for. They definitely know what they're looking for in their sales force, and they're willing to keep looking until they find it.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.
