Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Keyence (Chicago, IL) en dic 2017
Entrevista
I applied online through an employee referral. The process was long and strenuous. The first steps involve taking a mechanical aptitude test, then a pre-recorded interview, a personality test, and finally they fly you out to their HQ in Chicago for a career day. Everything before the career day is not too difficult, but the career day itself can be a bit more intimidating. It consisted of a case study, product demo, sales role play, and final interview. They do their due diligence to make sure you are a match for their company but you have to stick with it. When I did my product demo (which is doing a demo for one of their products) I did it with the COO of the company, which was a bit intimidating. What is important is you try your best and that is the best way to know whether or not you are a fit.

Entrevista
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

Entrevista
1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
