Brief phone call, then a zoom interview with hiring manager, then an in person interview with included sales pitch role-play. They give plenty of info about the role-play in advance.

Entrevista
Application: simple application process. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Bennet Test: a test reviewing basic mechanical principles like lever mechanics, gears, slopes, etc. Nothing that a person with high school level physics couldn't pass.
Recorded Interview: Basic interview questions. Given about 3 minutes to answer on a recorded (audio and visual) track.
"Personality" Test: practical questions about work ethics and a couple problem solving ones.

Entrevista
There were three interviews, initial Talent Acquisition, phone screen (to confirm location preferences and answer questions), then final sales role-play/behavioral interview. There was also a prep session before the final interview where they talk more about the company and you have time to ask questions on the role-play.
Actually it was around 4-5 rounds , they generally assess your communication and creativity. So , we can expect less technical questions . Gd round was quite easy and topics will be very simple
