Third Party Contractor calls to provide first interview. Then hiring manager, then district manager. All have to give you the OK. Then background check, drug screening, and licence validations. Once you prove your competence on the interview process and that you had good performance at your previous employer, you go to the negotiating phase. (Which is more of a take it or leave it offer.)

Fast and very accommodating. I met with about 3 people for 3 different interviews. Everyone was straight forward with what the role entailed. I was nervous at first but was met with a very relaxed atmosphere. A very sales oriented role so they made it apparent. One of the questions asked was to sell something in the room, i think I chose my watch. It was a bit always at first but in the end went very very smoothly.
