First Interviewed was 20 minutes with the recruiter. We discussed work history. . The questioning mainly dealt with the sales process, handling rejection, staying motivated and providing exceptional service. The second interview was a week later with the branch and district managers lasted an hour. Questions were similar to the recruiters but more in-depth with an angle towards overall fit with the branch team and culture.
