I thought the hiring process was the most rigorous I have ever encountered.
Once the position was offered you have to go through an extensive background and credit check (expected for this type of role) but the amount of emails you receive to complete all their requirements was stressful.
After I accepted the position there was very little communication on next steps, where to report, who to contact. I had to reach out to the branch manager and find out where, when, and how many days I was supposed to report to training.
