The process was about 5 months long, very strung out with unclear communication. They typically hire this role internally, but this wasnt communicated to me. I was very well qualified for the role, but they went with an internal candidate. All of the team members are nice, but the recruiter was absolutely terrible. She rescheduled our initial call FOUR times and was a no show three times. There were multiple reschedules with the team, little coherent communication from the recruiter. You basically have to be flexible with their time or forget it.
