Begins with a brief resume review and a later phone call to match your resume to your person. If the company likes you, there will be an offer to interview in their Cleveland Office. The office interview has three sets of interviews, all about 30 minutes each. There is a technical, behavioral, and case study that requires applicants to decide between two similar companies.

3 thirty minute interviews back to back to back (behavioral, technical, case study). They give you companies to compare in the case study and allow you to bring in notes/ presentation.
