Had a phone interview first, then got called for an interview with 2 people, but when i got there, one was busy with a client so just interviewed with an HR person who was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. She told me she would probably have me back for an interview with the department head but I never got a call back for that and they hired another person who had 8 years experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable which I did not have.
