Was referred by an existing employee, a branch manager. Manager and I spoke and then the next day the Regional Sales Manager (ARM) called me for an interview. Interviewed with one more senior branch managers at the branch I eventually went to work at. One of the quickest hiring processes I've gone through, I had an offer from them in less than a week
