It was a two step process. My application was selected and then we had two zoom meeting times to choose from. Each one had about 30 people attending. After the zoom informative meeting, we emailed the hiring manager if still interested and requested a writing prompt. We completed a college-level writing prompt within a certain time frame and emailed it to the hiring manager. Within a day we found out if we were hired or not.
