I applied online, was called for an interview with the PM, then went to the corporate office to interview with the regional.
Prepare yourself by writing down the questions that you want answered before the interview and when they ask if you have any questions, interview them. An interview is just as much about you figuring out if this is a good fit for you as it is them.
