Interview was with 2 people - department manager and one of the senior secretaries. Usual questions regarding experience and typing/admin skills. Whether I understood the confidentiality aspect of the role. There was then an audio typing test.

Standard interview questions mostly about experience and what I can bring to the team. I was interviewed by two people, one of which went on to be my manager. Interview was over teams and felt very relaxed, no pressure.

Face to face interview with manager and one of the senior medical secretaries. Audio typing test which involved typing up clinic notes (as a letter to the patients GP) from a tape.
