The process by itself was fast and managed professionally it included. All interviews were virtual
1. I contacted the hiring manager if position still free and for when they look for
2. applied online
3. interview Nr. 1 with recruiting
4. Interview Nr. 2 with Hiring manager
5. Interview Nr. 3 with 2 peers
6. Interview Nr. 4 with another peer
7. Psychological online assessment
8. Interview Nr. 5with another peer
9. After a week, personal feedback via TEAMS that other person was chosen who is a slightly better fit.
10. I thanked for their time and the good process.
Until here I was satisfied with the process although I was not offered a contract. Things changed when I learned after a while who at the end got the job. Surely a good person,, but with less excipient knowledge than me, but from an East European low cost country. Questionable but ok, After a couple of months later I saw the job posted again.. downgraded (?)to Account Manager and the person hires was not with Kerry after 8 months. I directly recapped with them, saying that I am still available and since i was number 2... they could easily offer me ( west european country) and save time ( and money) on the recruiting process. They declined. It looks like they are really going down with their salaries they want to pay
