I applied for the position via Jopwell and heard back shortly after to set up standard phone screen. Why the role, company, experience, strengths and weaknesses.
Second round included three segments. A one-on-one round with manager talking about your experience in greater detail and how it relates to Kepler's core values, followed by a marketing scenario. Pick a company and "how would you market it?" Think who, how and why. It really helps to research the company and ask question on the phone screen. Second part was a data study case analyzing google analytics metrics, doing simple calculations and offering recommendations based on your insight. Last part of that round is a 5 minute presentation to three members on any topic of your choosing and answering questions.
After the second round I was told the position had been filled but they would reach back out if something opened up. To my surprise, they actually followed up about a month later and I interviewed with a Manager. Very conversational and just spoke deeper about why you want to work at Kepler, why media, and what you bring to the table.
After about two months I didn't get an offer but I still enjoyed the process and learned a lot.

Why Kepler? Why media? Why this role? What are you looking for in a company?

Everyone else on here laid it out real nice. I applied online and heard back after a few weeks to schedule a phone screen.
The phone screen was scheduled to last 30 minutes, but we were done after around 15. I guess this didn't hurt because I got a second round. I spoke with a Senior Analyst and they asked basic behavioral questions.
I heard back about a week later to schedule another 2 interviews followed by a presentation. This part consisted of 2 30-45 minute interviews, followed by a 5 minute presentation I gave to a panel of employees. The first was part behavioral, part case study where we walked through some marketing strategies and decisions.
The second was strictly a case study with some graph analysis. No questions were too difficult and the interviewers were helpful and kind.
I spent a lot of time on the presentation, and the panel asked thoughtful and engaging questions. They made it seem like they were very interested in me and my work.
A week later I received a very generic email saying they would not be moving forward with my application. This is fine, however I am very disheartened by the lack of effort they put into this email after the amount of time I had given them. I had a friend applying for the company at the same time, and he only made it to the phone screen but we received the EXACT. SAME. EMAIL. Word for word, sent 5 minutes apart. This annoyed me because I spent half a day interviewing with this company and was very excited and encouraged at the things they had to say. And then they said they were looking for someone with "different experiences".... this is something they could have known by glancing at my resume. Not giving me feedback is fine, but sending me the exact same email as someone who didn't make it past the phone screen (30 minutes) vs. the 2 hours of time I gave them just seems a bit rude. I truly adored everyone I had talked to and it seems like a great place to work. But really, they should approach the rejection process better.

First round was a phone screening with a current employee. The second round was three ~30 minute interviews with a short 5 minute presentation of a topic of your choice.

Was a brief and friendly phone conversation. No technical questions but wanted to know past experiences and why you had interest in the job. Explained how the day to day would be.
