It was a 3 step process consisting of written, phone and on-site screening. The interview content was well chosen to be applicable to the position. The process moved according to the timeline stated on the website. The interviews were 2-way, allowing for questions and discussion from the interviewee as well. There was an overall sense of openness in discussing interview questions and things about the company.

I had a brief phone interview with HR personnel before being sent a technical challenge. I was informed that I would be contacted with their decision on whether I would have a second interview after I submitted my responses to the technical questions. That was in November 2020, and I have not heard from them since.
