The hiring process consisted of 2 main interviews. One in person and the second was zoom. I’m not sure if that’s the usual but I was given the option of either zoom or in person so that was nice. There was a little review of your resume, quite a few questions about yourself as a worker (“How would you take leadership? How are you flexible?”) lastly, the interview asks for a 1-5 min science demo.
