It consisted of multiple rounds including an initial HR discussion, a functional/technical round focusing on my previous experience in CRM and client handling, followed by a managerial/leadership round. The discussions were focused on understanding my problem-solving approach, data handling capabilities, and experience in managing client requirements. The team was professional and the communication throughout the process was clear and timely.
