Came to a area that was near nothing. I asked so.ple direct questions but was given the run around. The spoke about training and learning the ropes but had no real program except on the job training

The interview was botched from the scheduling. Poor scheduling led to it being rescheduled twice, it was simple and basic. Not sure how it is with other managers but the guy I had didn't know anything about the industry, so there wasn't much for him to even ask.
