I applied online and the coordinator reached out to me a few days later to set up a phone interview. When I looked back at the post again, I saw that it had been posted for 3 months, which raised a red flag, but I decided to still give it a chance. The day of the phone interview the VP called me on the bus ride to work, which I thought was a bit unprofessional, as I could tell she was in a rush and didn't have much time to actually have a phone interview with me. After speaking for about 10 minutes, she invited me into the office for an interview. I travelled 4 hours for the interview. When I arrived, the first 2 out of 4 people interviewing me were 15 minutes late and one left 10 minutes through the interview. Once the first part of the panel interview was complete, the coordinator walked into the room to tell me that the other 2 scheduled to interview me had an emergency and were unable to complete my interview, she told me they'd call with any questions, then she walked out of the room and allowed me to let myself out. Overall a very unprofessional and negative experience.
