This happened more than a year ago so I do not remember the specifics, I do remember it was by far the easiest interview I have ever had. First I made a phone call to the office. She said get these documents and come in on this day. She said the documents were fine, come in for an interview on this day. So I did, and we had a very casual interview. It was more like a date than an interview, I remember talking about my hobbies. I don't remember a single difficult question such as "what is your greatest accomplishment? what is your teaching style?" nothing like that. It was more like, are you ok waking up early in the morning? You do not even need a BA to get a job as a substitute with Kelly I believe. And keep in mind this company hires most of the substitutes in the country...

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.

Entrevista
The initial interview was really EZ. The personnel were friendly and professional. They encouraged me to continue with the onboarding process. Also, I stated that I would continue to apply.
Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
