Applied through LinkedIn and was emailed for a phone screen. After the phone screen I reached out to the recruiter since I did not hear back and then proceeded with onsite interview.

Pretty straightforward. Recruiter reached out for initial screening and then later heard from another senior recruiter. Behavioral questions were asked. All this took place over the phone and then later placed on assignment.
