First you have to present yourself in 10 minutes (they give you a ppt example) to a panel conformed by the direct boss of the position, HR analyst and HSE Person. After this they start to ask you some questions and decisions that you took in some moment in your profesional experience, so you have to answer every question very quickly without hesitate. The ask me around 10 questions. In the last part you have the option to ask some question about the job (responsabilites, salary, benefits, etc). The final interview is a 1-1 with the Manager of the área, in my case was the Supply Chain Manager.
