There are 4 interview rounds- 1st Assignment, 2nd Assignment Discussion with PM, Discussion with Lead/Group PM, Final Discussion with CEO/Business Head. The interview starts with HR shortlisting resume and assigning the tasks and explaining the process. The process is a little slow and could have been better if the interviewer knew about the exact profile and location they are hiring for to ensure the right candidates are filtered

Your goal is to create a product to streamline event management processes which focuses on proactively eliminating potential risks that could arise during the planning and execution of events.

Entrevista
Had 3 interview rounds which were okay - basic product questions, questions on past experiences, case study/whiteboarding etc. Felt more like design interview than product which is still okay. However, One thing that bothered me was the thought process of a product leader I interview with. I found him to be highly biased, opiniated and not open to new perspectives, approach and ideas. I decided not to go ahead with the offer.
