Case interview- 3 rounds, progressively with upper leadership- manager, principal and finally partner round. Mostly unconventional cases and profitability with some elements of guesstimates. Decent bit of HR questions as well.

Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
