My interview process was handled by Addison Group. I had a phone and on site interview . The on site interview took approx 2 hrs: talk to 2 people and had to take a 30min excel test. After being given an offer, the account manager at Addison Group told me I had to decide immediately, within the next day. The next week, I rescinded my offer. I hated being pressured to make a decision. So rude!
