They make you take a CCAT both as a screener prior to interviewing and then again in person probably to make sure you didn’t cheat. Not a holistic hiring process in that regard. Very outdated. If you are a diverse thinker who can’t answer a math problem unrelated to your job in 45 seconds, I wouldn’t apply. On principle, I ended the interview process because I believe the way peoples brain works is more important than solving a problem the quickest.
