The recruitment process for an internship is very demanding: HR interview, 2-hour technical test (on a Saturday), and a final interview with two team members. The entire process lasted one month.
Despite passing the technical test and investing significant personal time, I received a generic rejection email with no personalized feedback, even after politely requesting it.
Advice to Management:
If you require this level of investment from candidates for an internship position, providing personalized feedback should be standard practice.
