Initial communication was with the director of the mental health hospital, the department I applied for. I then set up a phone interview with the director a few days later. At the beginning of the process there were four applicants for the position. The director followed up the very next day to schedule a skype interview the following week with seven executives from different departments. 3-4 days later the company offered to fly me out for a site-interview and covered all travel expenses. The site interview consisted of a panel interview with 7 department heads. Some were the same as the skype interview, but there were a few I had not met yet. It was very casual. They really wanted to get to know me as a person more. I then took a tour of the hospital, and had a lunch interview with the director and a potential co-worker.
