Was an unnecessarily long interview process. But do to a newly promoted manager that person did not know the way around hiring people. And Glad that I declined the position in the end.

They asked me for my W2. Thought that was odd seeing it was not a process they routinely do. Nor did they ask another candidate they were interviewing at the same time that was a male.
