My experience was pretty negative. Process was very unorganized and it did not seem like they had very talented engineering talent here. Business side people were professional but I can tell this is not the place for engineering growth opportunities.

Process began with an at-home coding challenge, followed up with a chat with the director of technology. A take-home coding challenge was next, with the final step being a 2.5 hr interview with team members.
