After an insufferable AI interview through Jobot, someone from Jobot called to tell me the CTO wanted to interview me. We met and discussed the company and the role, but he didn't know they were using an AI voice assistant to screen candidates. I was asked to complete a take-home assignment but I declined because even with equity the pay was too low. But the people I spoke to were respectful and pleasant.
