The interview process was fairly simple. I applied and was contacted within a few hours. i think that may have been because of the need for servers. i was scheduled for an interview the next day and started that week!
one intervie , talked to gm and manager. There were other applicants getting interview too. It was very easy and just felt like a conversation. i got a call back two days later.

I was interviewed three times, each by a separate manger. I was called back the day after my last interview with an offer. Orientation was two days later. I was hired as a host, because I do not have experience as a server.
