Phone conference was very basic simple qualification and experience based questions. The face to face interview was very personal and comfortable. Like talking with a friend. Most of the question focussed on how to close a sale, multitasking, work ethic and communication. The ask how I would handle problem situations to resolution. The over all focus was on maintaining the company brand while providing excellent customer service while resolving escalations.
