Multiple rounds, all electronic correspondence. First round is online application, second round is a video that you record of yourself explaining how to do 2 problems (one math, one reading comp), third round is a Skype interview with a current veteran instructor, last round is an interview with a hiring manager.

How would you respond to a student who claims that they are following the Kaplan method, but seeing a decline in their scores?
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.

Had a pleasant interview process. The whole thing was quick and timely, finished all three parts of the interview process within 4 weeks. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole interview process was online, which was pretty convenient for me.
