Overall, I was pretty disappointed by my experience of interviewing at Kantar. The process came with two interviews, one of which got rescheduled twice, as well as two take-home assignments (despite initially being told I'd only have to do one). The instructions for both were somewhat unclear - I was able to ask questions about the first during my interview, in which the interviewers themselves did not appear too sure of the answer, so the whole thing seemed to have been cobbled together without too much thought. The kicker, however, is that I never heard back from them. Some companies ghost applicants as opposed to telling them they've been unsuccessful, though I had never encountered one myself. Until now. All in all, professionalism was quite lacking, and didn't give a good impression of Kantar overall.
