Then I interviewed with two hiring managers. They asked the most common behavioral interview questions. They also asked why you left your previous company. I didn't get the job but I can recognize some bad signs from the interview. There are a few signs that may indicate that they are not hiring you: - The interview ended too earlier - They seemed disconnected from reality - They say "some candidates" instead of "you" in a sentence - They don't give any details about the job The interviewers may have some concerns about you. I think it is better to ask something like "what is your biggest concern about me?"
