The interview process was very efficient and professional. Human Resources answered any questions regarding position and company. Very stable and growing company with a very impressive portfolio offering growth opportunities.

Four separate interviews. Interviewed with HR for the final portion of interviewing. That was approximately a month ago. I reached out to the person I initially interviewed with extending my “thank yous”. I reached out to the HR interviewer twice. Once thanking her for taking the time to interview and how nice it was to meet everyone. No response, so I reached out again a week later inquiring about a timeline for hire. They have all disappeared. For such a large company one would think they would have a professional response policy for interviewees, whether it be an offer letter or rejection notification, any acknowledgment would better than silence. With the knowledge of their very poor communication skills, I would absolutely not go through the interview process with Kane Realty ever again.
