Phone interview was scheduled and lasted for about an hour, my only issue was that the person who interviewed me did not know much about the director or the actual curriculum for my specific program. I was told a lot of things would occur that only the previous director was involved in, I was fine with my experience there but I can see how some would be unhappy if they expected one thing and got something completely different.
