Brief phone interview (15-20 minutes), offered an in-person on-site interview. HR provided a brief overview of company ethics and processes, a tour of the facility and the general requirements of the position. Interview lasted an hour and it was a good experience overall.

Poor management, poor communication, favoritism, hostile work environment, no job opportunities and the manager is petty and very unprofessional. Also they also denied everyone a raise when they were told they were going to get one in their orientation.
