Group interview with around 30 people. More than half were internal LVNs or working RNs with less than a year of experience. Panel of 3 nurse managers and the nurse recruiter. 3 rounds: 1 tell us about yourself, 2 tell us about your neighbor, 3 situational and behavioral questions drawn from a basket and answered on the spot.

The interview process started as tell me about yourself and ask all behavioral questions. The panel were all very friendly and professional. They ask if we have any questions for them. They made the experience really comfortable for the new grads.

solo interview with panel of 4 , took about 25 minutes, Arrive early because its a long walk from parking to conference room, interviewers were friendly and casual. They also explained that they could not guarantee a full-time position after the precepted part of the program if I am offered a position

30 min virtual panel interview (4 kaiser staff-preceptor, nurse educator, manager, +1 more). asked 9 questions - clinical and behavioral. could not read interviewers faces at all to tell if they liked what i was saying or not.
