I applied on the Kaiser Permanente website. I was then contacted by radiology department manager to schedule an interview. It was a panel interview including managers, lead techs and radiologists.

they interview you in detail because they want to get to know you. it helps to get an internship there before coming in. everybody wants to work at kaiser because they pay well so the competition is fierce

I was interviewed by a panel of Diagnostic Imaging supervisors, which made me very nervous. They tried their best to ease my nerves, but it didn’t help. They alternated asking questions while scoring my responses .
