Initial contact requested that I complete a questionnaire. 4 week process. Deal with HR in initial stages until they narrow down candidates. Took about a week between stages to be contacted. Obviously has some bureaucracy issues slowing down the process. Friendly staff and office -- good corporate culture, especially in the interview process.

I had one phone screen with the manager. Then a month later, got onsite. There's no tech questions, all behavior questions for 2 hours straight. I couldn't answer them all well because I didn't experience that much of "what if your boss hate you, what do you do?" kind of cases.
