The hiring manager reached out via phone, asked me about my background and then invited me in for an in-person interview. This was peak covid, mind you, in LA. The hiring manager made me do an excel exam before we had the formal interview (In the office). It was tough, I wish I had more time and had a heads up this was going to happen. In the formal interview, the hiring manager was clearly judging all my answers. Very rude. KP thinks they are too good for you.

The process starting with a phone interview followed by 2 interdisciplinary panel interviews scheduled at later dates. The process took several months. KP is a large organizational with a lot of bureaucracy and the interview process reflects that.

I spoke to a hiring manager on the phone, a recruiter, and had two rounds of interviews. I never heard back from the company. Interviews were standard questions, although the same questions asked in both rounds.
